Responsibilities:
• GIS database development
• GIS/CADD data layer editing and maintenance.
• GIS/CADD Data QA/QC.
• Field data collection and verification.
• Coordinate workflow with other GIS Personnel.
• Assist with GIS/CADD program development.
• Map Analysis.
• Cartographic design
• GIS/CADD customer support
• ArcServer Web Development
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience
• BS in Geography, Geology or a related field preferred or equivalent job experience accepted
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
• Experience with ArcGIS 9.x, required,
• Experience with Visual Basic and MS Access are a plus
• Hands-on experience with Bentley Microstation, Bentley GeoSpatial products are a plus
• SDSFIE 2.6 experience a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Supervision
This position does not have supervisory experience.

Education and/or Experience
2-5 years ESRI ArcGIS software.
1-2 years Bentley Microstation
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or experience in related field.
Proficiency in GIS/CAD systems and equipment (ESRI / Microstation) as well as measuring instruments (Trimble).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Computer Skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must have Bentley Microstation XM experience
